The room was elegant with carpet though, ideal for me. Location: the hotel was close enough to a quiet and calm beautiful alley, that beautiful restaurant and the welcome drink in the bar and an old castle. I had some drinks at Benedikt, positioned 900 feet away;))

immaculately clean room - superb central location for exploring town center - gained local insights - efficient and helpful breakfast service at Wyndham Garden.

The hotel was in a historic building, nicely designed and sympathetically modernised. It's location in Quedlinburg was excellent -two minutes walk from the Markt. The room was comfortable with a large bathroom, the staff very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. Unfortunately we did not have a chance to sample the spa area so I cannot comment on that.

Would have appreciated free wi-fi in the bedroom, and a more upmarket range of toiletries.

The hotel was clean and had great beds. the varied breakfasts were a nice touch and the staff was attentive. the room was reasonably large and airy, and the bathroom had a shower, hair dryers, and bathrobes.

The hotel is very well located in the Altstadt of Quedlinburg. Beautiful old building only a short walk from the main Market Place in the magnificent old town of Quedlinburg. Hotel facilities, rooms and restaurant are great.

I absolutely loved the charming decor of this hotel, especially in the common areas. The vintage furniture and beautiful artwork created a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. As a senior, I found the hotel to be easily accessible with convenient amenities such as elevators and spacious corridors.

I would have appreciated if the children working there were more knowledgeable about the local attractions and had better recommendations for senior-friendly activities in the area.

Superb location in this amazing unesco city and with its own car parking. The hotel incorporates a castle tower which is where we chose to stay; you are warned there is no lift for the final floor but it's not a problem as the staircases are wide. Inside the hotel the lounges and restaurant areas are very spacious indeed. Good breakfast included in the price.

According to reception the hotel does not get a lot of non-German visitors. Nevertheless I was surprised that on arrival the lady on duty did not speak English very well. You only get 20mins of free wlan internet. That's a big minus for a 4 star hotel. I had completely free, unlimited wlan at the 4 star we used for 4 days in Eisenach.

I always return to this hotel for my stay because the staff is helpful, and the amenities like Wi-Fi, sauna, and flat-screen TV make my trips convenient. Perfect for a romantic escape. At my first stay, the staff even returned my forgotten sim cards.
